Internet Session to Focus on Board Recruitment Strategies

Finding committed and forward-thinking new board members challenges all credit unions. In order to recruit from a younger group of potential volunteers, credit unions must be proactive in their efforts to engage new audiences as part of their leadership development practices. Facilitator Jason Boles, president of Jason Boles Consulting (JBC), will discuss the motivations of today’s volunteers, and show places and methods to recruit them in a Dec. 4 Internet session taking place from 1-3 p.m. (EST).

Boles is founder and president of JBC, an innovative firm specializing in results-oriented speaking, training and consulting services. He has held management positions in both the hospitality and financial services industries, and served as executive vice president of premier consulting firm Counter Intelligence Associates.

Cost for the seminar is $169 per Internet connection. Participants will be able to view a real-time PowerPoint presentation while listening to the audio connection via telephone. Click here to register, or use MCUL keyword: INTERNETBOARD.
