Room reservations in the MCUL block require a minimum of (3) nights.
Deposit Information:
A deposit of $250 is required with each individual room reservation. A credit card is required for the deposit and will be charged by Experient, the CUNA housing bureau at the time of processing.
Cancellation Penalty:
• A $250 cancellation fee will be charged for each room cancelled after December 10 through the GAC
• Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
Reservation Procedure:
Complete the 2009 CUNA GAC Reservation Form in its entirety and return by Tuesday, December 2, 2008.

Rooms are limited and will be filled on a first come-first served basis using the following criteria:
• First preference will be given to credit unions that reached 100% of both their Federal and State PAC (MCULLAF/MCULAF) fundraising goals in 2007 or have reached their 2008 goals as of December 2 or to individuals who have purchased the 2008 Chairman’s Club Lapel Pin.
• Additional rooms will be granted on a first come-first served basis.
Upon receipt of your form, we will notify you if a room has been reserved for you or if you have been placed on the waitlist pending room availability.
